We are looking for a Instagram Reels / Tiktok specialist to assist us in all upcoming content creation and social campaigns.
The ideal candidate has a passion for creating IG reels/Tiktok video content with a focus on engagement and growth for a company on the platform. You must have an existing experience and proven work that shares alignment with our brand. You must have a strong creative background, understand platform trends, have great video editing skills with a positive attitude.
This role is perfect for someone who is an avid user and fashion or product content creator of TikTok and IG Reels content and understands what goes into making compelling and engaging content. Above all, you should be knowledgeable about the latest Reels and TikTok trends and enjoy creating and experimenting with them to bring them to life.
Requirements
Someone who is eager to work in a fast-paced and creative startup
You’re the person that always knows the new trends, sends them to your friends or even curates them yourself
Comfortable in front of and behind the camera. You wear many hats and can seamlessly move from “talent” to editor to strategist
Past experience in content curation with knowledge on strategies that perform well on TikTok
Experienced in the native tools within TikTok and Instagram, as well as other basic video editing tools (InShot, Adobe Rush, etc)
Proficient in design tools for social media (Figma, Illustrator, Canva)
Understands Gen Z & Millennial cultural and social trends
Highly motivated and an out-of-the-box thinker
Proactive go-getter and effective communicator
A pro at distilling complicated topics into digestible concepts
Scope of Work
Storyboarding
Planning the schedule for all shoots/video works to take place
Research and prepare materials needed for production
Filming in office or at our client’s location(s)
Post production editing
Preparing footage for editing including transcoding and creating sub-titles
Addition of sound effects, music, recording of voice overs, sound design
Working with other motion graphic artists to create graphics for video snippets
Editing footage into videos until client is satisfied with the output
Project managing video post-production, ensuring the quality of the output by deadline
