By matching direct buyers and direct sellers through our web and mobile platform, we cut out any middleman’s involvement. Short description:
Looking for a hungry, diligent, customer-centric individual to develop our business and provide excellent service to our customers/ potential customers! You will be the face of the company- the walking, talking representatives for our amazing company, Carro!
Responsibilities:
You will be the main point of contact for customers/ potential customers & would be in-charge of:
- Increasing customers/ potential customers’ brand awareness
- Aggressively developing the business by proactively reaching out to customers, following up with queries & promoting our excellent services
- Coordinating & facilitating all communications/ sales between buyer and seller (e.g. relay accurate information, arrange test drives & viewings)
- Close sales & ensure customers leave with an excellent impression of Carro

Requirements:
- Self-driven & highly motivated
- Persuasive
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- People-oriented: Friendly and outgoing
- Willing to learn; things are always changing in a startup so you need to embrace change
- Good team player
- Able to commit to a 5.5 work week
- Must already be legally allowed to work in Singapore (SG citizen/ PR)
- Has a valid Singapore Driving License (advantageous)
- Prior Sales experience/ experience in automotive industry (advantageous)
