Alliance Française de Singapore is the only place in Singapore where you can enjoy a truly unique and authentic French experience. It is a local non-profit educational and cultural organization, affiliated to the international network of Alliance Française. With more than 800 locations in 132 countries, the Alliance Française is undoubtedly the world’s largest network of any cultural association.
With a strong board and a mixed team of Singaporeans and French, and more than 4,000 members of all ages, the Alliance Française de Singapour fulfills its mission of teaching the French language and promoting French and Francophone cultures by offering various actions in its language centre, its gallery (la galerie), its theatre (le théâtre) and its library (la médiathèque).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Cultural Programming Manager in ensuring smooth running of the events and exhibitions under her charge.
GALLERY
Assist in the installation, opening and dismantling of exhibition
Welcome and guide the audience during the opening hours
Prepare audience report and manage database
Assist in updating the gallery's webpage and social media platforms
OTHER EVENTS
Assist in the organization of social and cultural events (French Friday, Francophonie Festival, French Film Festival and other events)
EXTRA WORKING HOURS
Compensatory time-off but no extra hours paid
ALLOWANCE
$800/month + French class
HOURS/WEEK
Tuesday to Friday: 10.00 am – 7.30 pm
Saturday: 9.00am – 5:30pm
BENEFITS
Saturday lunch is on Alliance Française’s expense
French class on Mondays or during morning working hours on weekdays
