Job Description

Sales duties

  • Prompt email replies and phone-call follow through with each new lead 
  • Follow up warm leads by arranging and preparing for face to face meeting
  • Present and pitch corporate event programs in a proper, timely and professional manner
  • Present appropriate pricing and options in accordance with specified guidelines
  • Close and solidify sales, getting clients to sign purchase order for event confirmation 
  • Follow approved sales-closing procedures
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with ongoing clients


Clerical Duties

  • Handle other sales-related administrative duties
  • Manpower liaising
  • Venue booking
  • Data-updating
  • Assist in payment processing


Professional Duties

  • Maintain high degree of professionalism when interacting with members within the firm
  • Ensure confidentiality in all job facets
  • Self-motivated to independently refine sales and marketing techniques
  • Attend training when necessary
