- Job Description
Helping to do a matching of suitable jobs for candidates and companies
Assist in companies’ recruitment needs
Assist in business development such as doing telemarketing to build up the customer’s database
Working towards targets based on individuals and achieve the level of satisfaction
Screening and Interviewing of candidates which will assist in shortlisting of candidates for suitable positions
Assist in doing up or preparing the resumes for candidates to send out to companies
Offer advice to companies and candidates on career opportunites and pay rates
Drafting up of advertisements in job portals such as online portals or newspaper to collect candidates
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Assist to do the reference checks or background checks for candidates shortlisted for the position before the company’s salary package is out
Arranging of interviews and collecting constructive feedback from the candidates once they have finish the interview with the company
Giving of constructive feedbacks to the company once the shortlisted candidates went through the interview so they can know the candidate’s interest level
1 to 1 Mentorship program designed specially for individual consultants
Answering of enquiries from candidates and companies
Calculating of timesheets from candidates
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- No work experience required.
