Job Description

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking a HR generalist to expand our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. You will be someone who is passionate about people and has demonstrated experience in executing HR operations specifically in talent acquisition.

This is a 1 year contract role, convertible to permanent (subject to performance).

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in managing the entire cycle of talent acquisition and candidate experience
  • Manage interview screenings for all shortlisted candidates
  • Manage job listings processes on internal Applicant Tracking System and monitor incoming applications via job boards
  • Utilize hiring software to explore potential talents for open vacancies
  • Assist with other adhoc HR operations processes

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Degree in Human resource or relevant experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Familiarity with ATS and professional networks
  • Practical experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self starter attitude, meticulous and eye for detail
