Back then, eCommerce was just gaining traction and there were no APPS or efficient processes for eCommerce product delivery. We were just using delivery printouts on paper and a pen to organize local door to door delivery. Sorting of parcels were done in small warehouses or in public car parks.Today, we are now a group of veterans in the last mile logistic sector with hands-on experience of more than 10 years.

Job Description
  • Monitor customers shipments status and provide of excellence customer services at all time.
  • Provide immediate support to Team Leader, Manager and Management.
  • Handle all telephone inquiries for both air and sea freight.
  • Provide sales support to new and existing customer accounts by interfacing with the customers in the areas of order processing, client on-boarding, credit and billing process etc.
  • Prepare invoice to customers and follow up with payment status.
  • Follow-up of shipment status with Overseas or other relevant local Offices for customers to ensure prompt arrival of shipment.
  • Co-ordinate with Warehouse and Logistics Department on the booking, pickup and delivery of cargo for both air and sea freight.
  • Update / key in of customer information into Internal Database Systems and reconcile of AR (customers) report for monthly and yearly financial closing.
  • Manage internal coordination for timeline management (excellence teamwork).
  • Build positive rapport and relationships both internally with colleagues and externally with clients, prospects and vendors (delivery drivers).
  • Must be able to communicate to China clients in Mandarin and able to read Chinese.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by managers and/or management.

 

Working Hours:

5.5 Day Week:

 09:00hrs – 18:00hrs Weekdays

09:00hrs – 13:00hrs Alternate Saturdays
