Job Description
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Able to handle AR & AP
  • Liase with Supplier on monitoring and track progress of deliveries
  • Arrange shipment for oversea Deliveries
  • Monitoring and up-dating Company' and workers’ Insurance, applying on line Work Permit, E-Pass, ECSOC and other required courses for the workers
  • Pro-active and updated with all the Government directives and requirements such as CPF, IRAS, MOM, BCA
  • Preparation of Safety required documents for all the projects before commencement.
  • Submission of permit to work for all the projects before commencement
  • Expedite and follow up payment from Clients.
  • Filing of documents
  • Any ad-hoc duties in the relating to daily administration of the office
  • Supporting Sales Team when required

Requirements

  • Able to multi-task, responsible, highly organized and able to work under pressure
  • Good team player with strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced
  • Basic knowledge of accounting;
  • Experience in Shipping Industries will be advantage;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good command in both spoken and written language skills, internal and external communication skills for liaising with Chinese counterparts and customers.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Quickbook Preferred
