Job Summary:
We are looking for an Assistant to for an upcoming musical project that we will be working on. This project will involve managing multiple artists from around ASEAN, with the goal of music production and talent assessment.
Responsibilities
- Help set daily and weekly agendas for talents and management teams
- Preparing meeting briefs and taking minutes
- Keeping track of project accounts, calendar and contact lists
- Scheduling meetings with relevant personnel
- Managing timelines and schedules for key personnel
- Assisting in day to day matters pertaining to project
Requirements
- Project management skills required, no specific technical skills or career experience needed
- Tenacious and a go-getter
- Excellent command in English
- Able to embrace both the charms of individuality and teamwork
- Independent, flexible and able to think on his/her feet
- The position will be for a duration of three months, with the option to extend or promote to a full-time position if needed.
