Job Description
- Identify and evaluate existing IT request system (ITR) to uncover areas for improvement
- Map out existing ITR functions and processes
- Communicate with various stakeholder to understand the processes and new requirement
- Create a detailed analysis and outlining the problems based on the findings
- Propose new changes to improve on ITR
- Defining new requirements with feedback and approval from stakeholder
- Documenting the result of the findings
Requirements
- Knowledge in ITIL framework
- Problem-solving skills
- Analytical skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Currently studying in Diploma in Information Technology
