Job Description
- Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, internet, and intranet system
- Install and maintain network hardware and software.
- Testing and troubleshooting of Structured Cabling System
- Maintain up-to-date configuration of the cabling system and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and rectify problems for the cabling points
- Setting up new phone lines
- Patching of network points
- Escort sub-contractors and third-party vendor authorized by the customer.
- Proper management of keys and access log.
- Rectify emergency or critical failure affecting core and distribution network
- NTC/ITC level with working experiences with facilities management
- ability to identify user needs and interface with them
- good communication & interpersonal skills essentialable to work in fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Able to clear G50.
- start work within short notice
