Job Description

Merchant Operations Specialist (Up To $2200)


Responsibilities:

  • Build trust and relationships with merchant partners by handling inquiries and requests for support in a timely and effective manner
  • Complete menu updates and changes in a timely manner to drive service quality and enhance Merchant Experience
  • Manage and handle service discrepancies effectively
  • Help in developing service operations (Policies and Procedures)
  • Train and educate merchants to provide a high quality product
