As a Client Success Strategist (Intern), your roles and responsibilities include:

• Deep understanding of our potential customers
• Formulate and spearhead strategies to optimize our overall client success experience
• Explore unchartered possibilities to reach alternate pool of potential customers
• Foresee future trends of the industry, implement strategies to capitalise on it
• Reaching out to potential customers via various online platforms
• Building rapport and good relationship with potential customers
• Maintaining a pleasant and professional image of Xianchao Logistics to the general public

Requirements:

• Possess a positive and can do attitude
• Proven experience of customer service or equivalent in any industry
• Excellent command of the English Language
• Excellent command of the Chinese Language
• Able to work independently and self-motivated without constant supervision
• Able to multitask, work under time pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities in an ambiguous environment
• Take pride, accountability and always hold themselves to a high level of standard of work

As a Client Success Strategist (Intern), you will pioneer new methods and platforms exploration (that’s where the fun adventure of strategizing begins!). Another main objective is to take a step back and evaluate the current strategies implemented by our coordinators. You will then take the lead to optimize current performance of the coordinators and support them with new perspective that will allow us to serve our potential clients better.
