Job Description
Purpose: This position will assist support the People and Culture (P&C) team to ensure HR processes and documentation are aligned and compliant to audit
Key Objectives:
- Inventory of Staffs documents and files as compliance to audit findings
- Collaborate with other P&C within the region to ensure files and documents are aligned to each country’s policies, guidelines, and employment laws
- Working closely with the Regional Finance and Admin team for other tasks in relation to staff information
- Data collection and analysis on recruitment and separation processes from each countries within the region
Key Deliverables:
- Complied with Audit Findings by Completing Staff files and documents
- Process Improvement between other P&C and functions
- Analysis and Recommendation of the Recruitment and Separation processes based on the data collection
