Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for all stages of the lead generation process from research to qualification.
  • Manage all inbound & outbound leads and ensure every lead is followed upon.
  • To build strong relationship with clients. Maintain existing client relationships to ensure strong repeat hiring and extension of services within the account.
  • Research leads via LinkedIn, social media, and other available platforms.
  • To provide total solutions to clients’ staffing needs. Identify and pursue opportunities to meet the needs of the client and optimize company profitability.
  • Interact with leads via email, phone, and social media to gather information, qualify fit and generate interest in our service offerings.
  • Educate leads on our business model, differentiators, and processes.
  • Understand the job scope and requirements from the clients to facilitate communication with talent specialist team.
  • Communicate opportunities to Director, informing him about the opportunity and recommending appropriate next steps.
  • Act professionally as the face of the company in everything you do.
  • Independently manage day-to-day work schedule and sales pipeline to achieve KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Director.
