WISE is a non-profit organisation whose mission is to contribute to a Southeast Asia that is equitable and sustainable for all. Active in Singapore, Indonesia, and Cambodia, we act to protect the environment, improve water, sanitation, and hygiene conditions, upskill children and youth, and support better lives for migrant workers. In Singapore, we focus on addressing environmental and migrant worker issues, through behaviour change, capacity building, and research.
The Fundraising Intern will support the day-to-day running of the Fundraising team, focusing on sourcing funding opportunities, applying for and following up with the applicable grants; plan and execute fundraising initiatives and campaigns.
Identify funding opportunities, and; draft grant proposals.
Track grant income and expenditures, and prepare grant statements.
Develop and implement fundraising strategies and crowdfunding campaigns.
Prepare and process donations and supporting documentation.
Update the donor database and projections.
Assist with preparing budgets and financial reports.
As this internship is under the Youth Corps Community Internship (YCCI), applicants must be:
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident aged 17 to 25 years old;
Available for a 5-6 months full-time internship
Current student from ITE/ Polytechnics/ Autonomous Universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private education institutions and overseas institutions) or currently in transition phase (e.g. awaiting for University) and keen in the social and community sector
