If you love breakfast, meeting people and talks alot, we are looking for Human Resources (HR) Intern to assist us in day to day HR matters.

 

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon - Fri)

 

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Work with company Head of HR and/or Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
  • Ideate, conceptualize Recruitment, Retention strategies and campaigns
  • Organize, plan all hiring and training procedures for new employees
  • Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook current
  • Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
  • Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
  • Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
  • Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly con-nected
  • Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
  • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
  • Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks
  • Manage and maintain HR Software system, Time Sheet System
  • Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
  • Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD

Qualifications

  • Current studying Human Resources in a University
  • Candidates with no F&B experience are also welcome to apply
  • A team player with strong communication skills in a highly visible role
  • Pleasant personality and well-groomed
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Physically and mentally fit and able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Training will be provided
  • Able to work and communicate with various ethnic group
  • Warm personality and ability to interact with people and create an upbeat, fun atmosphere
