WHITE T.V. PTE. LTD. (Facebook page “My BKK Shop”), one of the top Facebook live channels in Singapore with 45,000 active followers and 50,000-70,000 viewership for our Facebook live shows.

We are currently active in promoting products from the local and overseas markets and lead the trend in the Singapore market. We sell everything from daily essential products to fashion and food.  One of our company’s main focus for this year is to support local merchants and brands.

Our modus operandi for product distribution is primarily via Facebook Live Shows where our experienced and charismatic KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) will promote various good and services to our growing and dedicated followers. Videos after the live will reside on our company page to retain our endorsement of the brand/product and for viewers who missed the live event to watch.

Currently, the chances of seeing our video while it is live are higher since Facebook has updated their ranking algorithm to show more live videos that are streaming in real-time. We have the ability to customize and control our audience once the Facebook live has ended.

Statistically, Facebook live videos receive 3X higher engagement than a video that is no longer live; and Facebook Live videos also receive 5X more viewership than standard photo posts, according to AdWeek (leading source of news and insight serving the brand marketing ecosystem).

We connect with our audience in the most genuine way possible. It is essentially similar to meeting customers in person, since the event is happening “face to face” and in real time. Our KOLs are dedicated to engage with our audience through business directly to customers authentically, which in turn builds trust and leads to more business via word-of-mouth sharing/posting.

We interact with our followers professionally and answer questions in real-time! This gives your company immediate access into the markets of Singapore and Malaysia!

Our strategy is to be consistent with the time and day of the week when we go live. We feature hosts that aren’t afraid to portray their personalities, and ensure we have someone focusing on monitoring customers queries to be answered either in real-time via the broadcast or through comments.

We also consistently update our audience on industry trends without being overly sales-focused which is a much more natural way to build trusted and loyal followers. They in turn trust us as their go-to source to stay informed on industry trends and fashion, while we build a rewarding and engaging following experience.
