This position reports to our Lean Engineer
Intern to be involved in:
- Assist in Lean implementation and tools adoption across the site
- Support in the examination of data and make conclusions
- Assist in observing and mapping of processes in its Current state and identify key sources for improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with functional experts in development of documents for standard work and appropriate translation.
Intern will learn the below skills:
- Manufacturing Process Overview
- Introduction to Basic Lean methodology
- Effective Problem-solving
- Statistics and Data Analysis
- Increase professional exposure in communication and ability to present information
