Job Description

HR Intern 3-6 Months


This position reports to our HR Business Partner

Job Summary:

The HR Intern will be part of the HR Commercial team providing project coordination and HR operational support to the Commercial business in Asia Pacific region.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate and provide support in various key HR initiatives under guidance of HR Manager
  • Be the liaison between stakeholders (both internally and/or externally) to ensure smooth implementation of project milestones
  • Provide day-to-day HR operational support (e.g. new hire on-boarding coordination, interview arrangements) for JTC Summit office
  • Propose any workflow / process improvements where applicable
  • Other relevant HR duties or projects as assigned

 

Basic Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Business Management (preferably major in HR) or equivalent

 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Well verse in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. PPT, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Focused, organized. and eager to learn
  • Resourceful and tech-savvy
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys working in a diversified environment
  • Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
  • Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
  • Able to comply with the company’s safety policy at all times
  • Able to comply with the company’s quality policy at all times.
