Administrator (Intern) 实习生招募

The recruitment for the role of the Administrator (Intern) may reference to the following:

Work content:

1. Able to gain and have strong understanding of the relevant laws and regulations for the F&B industry, include to assist consultants in proposals, compiling copywriting, creating PPTs, etc.

2. Responsible for administrative and basic HR work, learn and master process specifications within a concise period of On-Job Training provided, and have a deep understanding of Singapore's human resources policies.

3. Other Ad-hoc work i.e. Meeting minutes, Schedule coordination, Initial Market research, and/or administrative tasks as assigned.

工作内容：

1、了解食品业相关法律条文，协助咨询师制作PPT、编撰文案等

2、负责行政及HR基础工作，快速学习掌握流程规范，深度了解新加坡人力政策

3、其他Ad hoc工作包括会议记录、日程协调、市场调研等

Requirements:

Competent in learning, proactive in work, Organized, Ability to resolve problems, good time management and teamwork awareness, willingness to communicate and pressure able to handle work pressure during busy periods and decent proficiency in spoken / written Chinese and English is preferred.

要求：

学习能力较强，工作积极主动，条理性强，有一定的灵活思考能力，较好的时间意识和团队合作意识，优秀的沟通能力和抗压性，有一定中英文文字功底尤佳。
