Sales Executive

Role Description

This position reports to the director and interfaces with Organisation managers and Production Team. Wei!Creative is committed to an employee-orientated, high performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, continuous improvement, and the recruitment and on-going development of a superior workplace.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Learning and understanding all aspects of our business operations

2. Contributing in Marketing, Design, Human Resource, Finance and Accounting department as assigned

3. Working closely with front and back office to coordinate on all aspects of business operations and management

4. Providing high-quality service and support to both external and internal customers

5. Providing high standard work without much supervision and take full ownership of your work

6. Preparing presentation materials and coordinate in organizing events when required

7. Taking initiative to come up with new ideas, suggestions, proposals and action on improvement projects

8. Managing and maintaining account retention and acquisition

9. Preparing proposals and sales presentation to client

10. Providing after-sales support to customers and comply to administrative requirements on account management

2. Willingness to learn all aspects of business operations work

3. Versatile, flexible and adaptive to changes with can-do attitude

4. Meticulous, systematic, efficient and organized and able to work well with detailed information

7. Resourceful with Initiatives to improve things around you

8. Good command of English with effective communication and interpersonal skills

9. IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office

 

Salary 

$2500 - $3,000
