Wee Hur Holdings Ltd (Group) is a listed company on the Singapore Exchange, with businesses in property development, construction, worker’s dormitory, fund management and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA). We are seeking a driven, motivated and passionate business operations and marketing intern as we embark upon our exciting new phase of growth and expansion in the PBSA sector in several major cities in Australia.

You will be employed under Wee Hur Hospitality Pte Ltd (Company), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group, which is the entity that is responsible for the success of our PBSA hospitality management brand. You will report directly to the General Manager. You will be based in Singapore and will be required to work closely with all departments within the Group.

This position offers a dynamic and exciting environment in which you will be assisting the General Manager in spearheading the start-up of several initiatives and projects across various business functions including sales funnel, marketing campaigns and automation, leads management, software configuration, accounting, HR as well as system processes. You will gain wide exposure to business operations and strategy, and will learn deep insights into the sales and marketing domain. You will also learn how to manage customer service and project management workflows, automating key client service scripts, documentations, and other onboarding processes to make customer service more efficient and seamless.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Set up the leads management funnel, workflow automation and analytics dashboard in Salesforce CRM system
  • Optimise and enhance existing website to ensure traffic and leads capture
  • Work with external digital marketing partners on paid google and FB campaigns to optimise ROI and leads generation. Work includes but are not limited to content, ad copies, ad data optimisation, and reporting.
  • Set up and manage basic accounting and payroll software
  • Set up work processes and workflows in project management software, Asana, to manage client’s deliverables.
  • Set up automatable processes and documentation for sales and client onboarding.
  • Any ad-hoc task relating to marketing, leads funnel, website management, software setup, and business operations.
