1. Role Description

This position reports to the director and interfaces with organisation project in-charge and stakeholders. We are dedicated in designing, building and delivering high quality websites and branding content. Founded with the initial idea of providing high quality websites at cost effective rate for micro and small businesses.

2. Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

- Generating sales leads

- Meeting or exceeding sales goals

- Negotiating contracts with potential customers

- Helping to set pricing

- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports

- Making sales presentations to prospective customers

- Coordinating sales with specific marketing programs

- Preparing and submitting sales contract

- Visiting customers and potential customers to evaluate their needs or promote products

- Keeping accurate customer records

- Project/account management

3. Competencies

- To learn how to communicate relevant information clearly and effectively in written and oral communication through presentation slides and documentation

- Active participation in building and fine-tuning processes with automation, leveraging on sales and marketing tools

- Trainee will not only liaise with clients but also developers, designers and other stakeholders involved in the project. Will draft task management list, timeline and managing different aspects of project requirements

4. Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered

6 months

• Fresh Graduates --$1,800

6. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role under SGUnited Traineeship:

Diploma or Professional Certification
