Job Description

WE COMMUNICATIONS – INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME

Our internship programme provides students who have a strong passion in HR the opportunity in gaining practical work experience through on-job training. You will be assigned to our HR Team to participate in various activities and projects from which you will gain valuable insights for your career development by learning more about yourself and lay solid foundation for your career.

The internship programme is under 3-6 months full time basis. Interested parties must be able to commit a minimum 3 months full time training. 

Interested parties, regardless of your academic disciplines, who have a passion in HR are welcome to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Assist HR Business Partner in organizing and coordinating HR Generalist tasks
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks 
  • Assist in recruitment for internship programme (i.e. Screen resumes and application forms, conduct interviews with candidates)
  • Process employment paperwork (i.e. submission of NS claims, leave matters, drafting of letters) 
  • Conduct research and use data to gain insights to support the improvement of policies and processes
  • Organize and schedule company-wide events and activities
  • Keeping our internal database up to date 
  • Other HR administrative duties assigned by the supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently pursuing Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or Management or equivalent
  • Strong passion and keen on learning more about what HR entails
  • Ready to "get your hands dirty" with HR practices 
  • Adaptable, vibrant, dynamic and approachable
  • Committed to offering top-notch administrative services by being detailed oriented 
  • Meticulous in handling sensitive situation and information
  • Past working or internship experience in this field is preferred
