Job Description

This role will give you the opportunity to solve big problems with smart people and plenty of opportunities to make a real difference in the world: As the first HR in the company, you will progressively take on the overall HR responsibilities and have the opportunity to work with an experienced ex-Google HR mentor on a variety of cutting-hedge People Strategy concepts. The role provides a solid foundation to HR and exposure to innovative HR tools and processes.

You will progressively 

  • Run HR Operations for the organisation (Employment contracts, payroll, leaves, etc.)

  • Handle all end-to-end recruitment needs (Talent acquisition, employer branding)

  • Co-create HR processes and policies with the leadership team (HR policies, performance management, employee engagement, employee development)

  • Co-develop HR strategies with the leadership team (Organisation roadmap, manpower planning)

  • Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits

  • Develop programs at company level to boost employer brand and enhance company culture

  • Provide sound advice to senior management on all people related subjects

  • Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and strategies

  • Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and compliance to local labor laws

  • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards

  • Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required

  • Anticipate and resolve litigation risks

  • Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
