Job Description
Wateroam is looking for a new team member who is highly passionate about global change to join us as a Customer Success Executive Intern. This role involves working in a fast-paced start-up environment that entails the following responsibilities:
- Perform lead generation processes
- Support in business intelligence activities including market and customer background research
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Develop Sales collateral materials
- Manage product demonstration display
- Manage e-commerce store
- Perform fulfilment of orders including liaising with shipping couriers and customers
- Improve optimisation and automation of sales and sales operations processes
Requirements:
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Adaptable, flexible and independent
- Details-oriented, meticulous
- Professional & Punctual
- Good team player
- Preferable previous work experience in an administrative role
