Watch Centre Singapore is a growing ecommerce start up incorporated in 2018.
We are a watches and accessories seller mainly on Lazada and right now looking to expand. We have been achieving growth in customer retention because of continuously providing good customer service experience.
We are looking for an independent person to improve our business operations, as well as perform basic data entry duties mainly revolving around product listing creation.
Job Description
Duties:
- Create and manage new and existing products on eCommerce platforms.
- Enhance and rectify non-performing existing product content.
- Content writing and copying.
- Download and source for product images online.
- Manage and simple editing of product images using software.
- Managing of customer online enquiries and walk ins.
- Packing of parcels, arranging of inventory.
- Product selection for featuring.
- Customer reviews management.
- Competitor analysis.
Qualities Expected:
- IT Savvy and able to understand eCommerce industry.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Knowledge on watches is a plus.
- Skill with graphic banner design is a plus.
- Fast learner due to rapid change in eCommerce industry.
- Open to having multiple responsibilities on an ad-hoc basis.
- Meticulous and detail oriented.
