VVF Singapore Pte Ltd – Administrative & Logistics Executive

Sales and Distribution support:

• Maintaining the Customer & Supplier data base.
• Co-ordinating with the suppliers & customers answering queries, sending samples etc.
• Preparing our external newsletter to be circulated every month to customers.
• Check & reply or forward customer emails and channeling enquires from our website.
• Website updates and maintenance coordination.
• Customer relationship management.

Logistics :

• Support to the logistics department.
• Documentation preparing and checking and coordination with the customer.
• Freight rates
• Doing Outdoor work - Banking and regulatory work related to logistics.

Administrative:

• Attending phone calls, receiving couriers, ordering pantry supplies.
• Printing of brochures & business cards,
• Filing documents
• Checking and booking business related flights and hotels/visas etc.
• Assisting in making presentation whenever required.
• Download and circulate weekly subscribed reports as required.

*Back up duties when finance and logistics person is on leave.
