Volvo Bus APAC Central is part of the Volvo Bus Region Asia Pacific - a leading cluster within Volvo Bus Corporation with a proud history of profitability and growth. It is responsible for Bus vehicle and Aftersales business, partnership with Volvo’s own and private importers, key customers and body build partners, and progress of the Volvo Buses total business within the region, covering market Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.
We are looking for a well-qualified individual to join us in as Marketing and Communication Intern.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support to organize and set up exhibitions, product launch, customer events and conferences on both online and offline platforms
- Assist in development of marketing materials, including banners, brochures, videos, flyers etc…
- Assist to establish and manage an up-to-date customer data base with key customer information
- Draft press releases and press stories, conducting customer interviews and testimonials
- Other administrative support to the team
Critical Competencies and Experience
- Degree in Marketing and communication
- Preferably good photo shooting, video editing skills
- Proficient in Adobe design software, including illustrator and photoshop
- Professional English business writing skills
- Good interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholder
Report to Marketing and Logistics Manager, Volvo Buses APAC Central
