TASKS and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Parts and Logistics Analysis and Reporting
- Create key performance indicator dashboards for Parts and Logistics using Power BI or QlikView
- Perform ad-hoc analysis on parts, dealer inventory management, and warehouse performance
Document Parts and Logistics Processes
- Create structure and routine through process-mapping and documentation of new and improved Parts and Logistics activities
- Gather feedback and review documented processes with Parts and Logistics Managers
Customer Support for Parts and Logistics Systems
- SOI: parts ordering system support
- MMI: dealer inventory management system support
- BEAT: parts and logistics performance reporting tool support
CORE SKILLS
- A self-starter, highly motivated, "get-the-job-done" attitude
- Highly analytical, strong logical reasoning, structured thinking
- Good listening skills and ability to summarize complex information
GENERIC SKILLS
- Computer literate in MS Office, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

EDUCATION:
Undergraduate degree with a focus in Business or Engineering, or from reputed institutions
