Job Summary:

This internship program allows interns to appreciate real life situations in the application of Quality Environmental Care & Safety (QES) policies and processes in an office & dealership environment.

Intern will be trained in the Volvo CE system tool and QES management system.

The intern will support the maintenance of Volvo Construction Equipment Region Asia / China Process & Core Values QES management system while adhering to the Quality, Environmental & Occupational Health & safety policies and processes.

Main Responsibilities :-

- Quality KPI Measurement

- Download cOMMon document review dashboard excel file from global 

- Teamplace

- Compute rawdata and create graph chart in cOMMon report for review

- Update correct metadata for JDs and documents in cOMMon

- Download internal audit cases from optima

- Compute rawdata and create graph chart in optima report for review

- Request carbon emission information from HRG

- Retrieve water consumption & electricity usage information from Account function

- Compute raw data and create graph chart in environment report for review review 

- Key in monthly quality and environmental KPI

- Retrieve data from expiring document , optima and from carbon emission, water consumption and electrical usage report

- Retreive data from accident statistic report

- Create training deck with infographics for all Regions upon request

- Perform Basic office (Filing, data entries , etc) duties as assigned

Key Skills

- Basic proficient in Microsoft Office

- Able to handle systems application (with training provided)

- Able to speak English & Mandarin 

Education

- Students pursuing a Business or Engineering or IT Bachelor Degree / Diploma.
