Started in 2011, Vivid Snaps launched Instant Roving Photography, offering the best photo card quality available. Our focus on quality sets the foundation for all aspects of our business.
Throughout the next year, we centred our attention on perfecting our core service and innovating upon existing services in the market. This resulted in a comprehensive portfolio of event instant photo print services, covering virtually all available services at that time.
In 2013, we expanded our portfolio beyond instant print to include a full range of photography services for events. Also in the same year, our company forged strategic partnerships with local studios to grow our business in commercial photography segment.
Fast forward to 2016, we officially introduced event videography into our portfolio. Our videographers spent the entire year pursuing better video quality through the help of various industry partners. Keeping up with the momentum and enhanced skill set of our videographers, our company ventured into video production with the strong support of our esteemed clients.
Keeping up with the changing media landscape, we introduced live streaming services in 2018. Providing real time video live stream to Facebook, YouTube and other proprietary platforms.
In 2020, the effects of pandemic outbreak changed many business norms. We strengthened our core focus on video production and live streaming.
Today, Vivid Snaps considers itself a multi-disciplinary media production company, with a strong focus in corporate video production. We constantly seek to strengthen every specialisation through conventional and innovative learning.

As an Events Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our clients. You will work closely with your Project Manager to deliver works that meet & exceed client’s expectations.
Job Scope
- Manage & execute virtual & hybrid event live streaming from start to finish
- Manage & execute video production from start to finish
- Work closely with team members to achieve project objectives
- Plan and manage production schedule
- Send quotation & follow-up with clients
- Ensuring client’s requirements are always met
- Digital file management and other admin tasks
- You will be out & about wherever projects take you
- If you are required to work on Saturday, Sunday & PH, off-in-lieu will be provided.
Job Requirements
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Positive attitude toward problem solving
- Have a keen interest in the media industry
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Other Details
- You will start with 14 days of annual leave, and you will receive 1 annual leave day increment for every 2 years worked, up to a maximum of 18 days per year.
- You will be working in the office half the time, and out for projects during other times.
- You will work in a trust oriented environment, integrity is very important.
