Vital Manpower Pte. Ltd. – Planning Officer / Senior Planning Officer

General Scope :

Responsible for materials planning, order confirmation & ensure scheduled production work orders are performed in accordance to the timeline committed to customers. Participate in material review session for non-conforming or slow moving materials. Attend respective production meeting, respond to the timeline and planning functions.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Material Planning
• Production Loading (convert work orders for weekly loading plan)
• Order Confirmation - Provide timely order confirmation to customers
• Inventory Control - Monitor Inventory level to achieve Days Forward Coverage (DFC) target, Review safety stock using Min/Max Level, etc

We are looking for a matured individual who is good in making decisions and able to work under pressure (from German HQ) and he/she must be coming from manufacturing background. 

Ideally degree-qualified, he/she should also bring a minimum 5 years’ experience in production planning (manufacturing factory). Good to have working knowledge in SAP - R3 system but training will be provided.

Work Location: Tampines Central.

Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary Range: Monthly basic Salary of S$3,300 – S$5,000 per month, depending on the years of related working experience.

Fixed Allowance: Transport Allowance $75.00 per month
