We are looking for committed individual with positive attitude to join our firm. He/ she will be assisting in accounts and auditing job. At the end of the internship you will able to gain knowledge and skill on how to handle accounts and audit.
Job Description
Accounting
- To key in accounting records for clients
- To perform reconciliation and monthly reporting
- To assist in HR duties eg. Payroll, staff claims, etc
- Any other ad hoc account & admin duties as assigned
Audit
- To assist in audit planning
- To coordinate with audit clients
- To perform audit fieldwork
- To do a follow up on outstanding matters with clients
- Any other ad hoc admin duties as assigned
Admin
- Filing and administration
- Any other ad hoc account & admin duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Willing to learn at a fast pace
- Highly communicative and pleasant personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Take ownership of the tasks/work assigned to you and execute them with diligence.
- Able to commit immediately preferably, with a minimum commitment between 3 - 6 months
- Degree/ Polytechnic diploma in Accountancy
- Singaporean/PR is required
Benefits
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9-6 pm
- Internship paid out monthly $600 + variable allowance
- Potential to convert into a full-time staff
