RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities entail evaluating business needs and developing best-practice technology solutions. The scope may include but is not limited to:
- Understand and translate existing business needs into business / system requirement documentation
- Tailor, Design, document and configure applications to cater for business needs
- Design and construct training materials
- Explore and develop e-Learning materials
- Define and participant in quality control processes
REQUIREMENT
- Resourceful and creative - able to create interesting solutions to achieve objectives
- Good Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Mandarin)
- Technologically proficient with Microsoft Office software suite, Zoom/MS Teams
- Team player, open-minded and eager to learn new skills
- Passion for the technology and innovation
- Knowledge in e-Learning authoring tools and /or automation testing tools is a plus
QUALIFICATIONS
