Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage order processing in external order management system.
- Ensure that all orders are fulfilled correctly and shipped out within the specified time frame.
- Manage customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, returns, and refunds.
- Communicate with warehouse staff/suppliers and shipping/last mile carriers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain accurate records of order processing, shipment, and returns.
- Analyze order trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Troubleshooting and investigation of customer complaints relating to orders discrepancy, damages & etc.
Requirements:
- Currently studying Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Supply Chain and Logistics or any other related field.
- Meticulous, curious about the business and willing to learn and contribute to the team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
