JobDuties:
· Provide secretarial and administrative support for office operation.
· Handle partial / full set of accounts & financial statements
· Responsible for processing accounting entries and ensuring timely preparation of company’s financial statements.
· Processing of payments to suppliers
· Handle AR / AP / Bank reconciliation / Cash flow / Budgets
· Other administrative work as and when assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree with equivalent or relevantCertificates.
· Min. 1 years experience or fresh graduates are welcomed
· Degree / Diploma / Certificate in accounting, human resources, administration
· Able to do monthly closing, quarterly GST filing, audit schedule, PIC claim
· Basic knowledged perferred in MYOB Accounting and Payroll software
· Training will be provided for accounting software
