Job Description

The Intern will work with HR team and assist on HR functions which are as below:

  • Recruitment activities, on-boarding, payroll administration, income Tax Filing, Foreign workers matters including Work passes, health checks, renewals and Security Bonds
  • Manage HR Database include Payroll, HR and employees’ personal records.
  • Monitor sickness and absence leaves and provide updates to management.
  • Administration and management of Learning and Development programme.
  • Development of HR reporting and analytics.
  • Administration of HR policies in line with updates to employment regulations.
  • Organize and manage welfare activities including company events, exhibitions etc.
  • The Intern will support other administrative matters related to office and accounts management.


Requirements

  • Degree in HR management/ Business Administration/Marketing/Mass Communications or equivalent. Currently enrolled in Bachelor or Master program
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skill.
  • Networking expert communicates superbly and enthusiastically.
  • Proven critical thinker and team-player who can make independent decisions and proactively helps others across other functions.
  • Should be self-starters and be able to work with minimal direction.
