Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • In the due course of operations, VFT has developed a supply chain for various components used in our batteries e.g. stacks, electrolytes, control systems, sensors, pumps, etc., several of which are developed in-house, and the rest outsourced. The intern will support in the study of such components, its value chain, and evaluate the perspective of selling of those components to create additional revenue stream in the company.
  • Support in writing content for creating a website for the selling of components, should VFT decide to commercialise them.
  • Support in early customer finding and outreaching, negotiations, and closing sales.
  • Support in technical and commercial evaluation of various competitors’ flow batteries, whenever needed.
  • Study reports and prepare summary/notes, as needed.
  • Collate investor Q&A and prepare a handbook for future use.
  • Other ad-hoc supports as required by the CTO, such as component sourcing

 

Role Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering, Electronics engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Available for at least 6 months.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Should be self-starters and be able to work with minimal supervision.
