Job Responsibilities
● Assist in creating training material for the Sales team by co-ordinating with different internal teams and external stakeholders.
● Assist in the tracking, analysis and reporting Sales accounts and team’s performance through Microsoft Excel performance dashboards and share findings and feedback internally with teams.
● Support the Sales team in adhoc projects.
Qualifications
● University grad program (with majors in business or economics)
● Preferably someone who is confident with Microsoft Office
● 1-3 years of experience in a FinTech / SME lending business are preferred
● Fresh graduates with the tenacity to live and thrive on challenge are welcome
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment
● Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
