United Work Pte Ltd – Warehouse Assistant

• In-charge of 2 warehouses (Walking distance)
• Receive and inspect incoming goods
• Perform housekeeping and maintenance of tools and equipment
• Conduct cycle count and physical inventory check
• Perform loading and unloading of goods
• Operate forklift and pallet jack for organizing and storage of inventory
• Perform receiving, checking, counting and storing of goods in assigned location
• Assist in stock take and cycle count
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and orderliness
• Responsible in handling of warehouse operations such as picking & packing, loading & unloading of goods
• Ensure the cleanliness of warehouse and all the goods are appropriately stored
• Assist in annual stock take
• Maintain inventory system for audit purpose
• Other warehouse duties as and when assigned

Requirement:

• Welcome entry level. With experience in store/warehouse/logistics operation will be advantage
• Elementary level of computer skill for update inventory into the system
• Proper filing of stock in/out document
• Possess a positive attitude
• Able to multi-task and meticulous
• With driving and forklift license
• Able to commit 5.5 days work
• Able to start work immediate
• Able to compromise with construction timing, assist the operation site with all materials matters in the store, start work at 7am.
• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level
