Job Description
  • Actively participate in the overall account/opportunity for promoting LED Display, Video wall Solution, Smart Signage and Video Processor, etc.

  • Utilize the Unilumin Sales Strategy and Solution Messaging to identify solutions for customer business objectives

  • Participate in the development and support of presentations for customers and partners

  • Provide customer business technical analysis base on customer requirment

  • Partner with sales team to maintain detailed account profiles including organizational charts, customer products, strategy and technology needs

  • Provides complex design and systems engineering configurations

  • Liaise with R&D Engineers regarding pre-release product testing, quality issues and then create action and recovery plans for units failing domestic standards, in association with the Samsung Service Division

  • Provide technical and product hardware, software and solutions training to internal staff

  • Contribute to the creation of case studies, white papers, and media articles for customers and/or partners

  • Consistently provide world-class customer service during pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales activities
