Responsibilities include but not limited to
· Understanding and ensuring Candidate engagement
· Strategically attracting and sourcing the candidates by using database and various social & job portals
· Pre-screening, shortlisting , interview and selecting suitable candidates
· Building good relationship with potential candidates & job seekers
Job Requirement:
· Must have Diploma /Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or any other engineering discipline
· Proven track record in semiconductor recruitment can substitute academic qualification.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Should have a positive mind-set and working attitude
· Should possess high team spirit.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PPt)
