Job Description

As a Sourcing Manager, you are responsible for managing Twoset Apparel's end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities to ensure the best quality and cost-effective supplies for our products. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable working with ambiguity, and are resourceful in appraising and evaluating reliable vendors and partners that we can work with. 

You will be involved in: 

  • Identifying suitable vendors and directing negotiations to reach mutual win-win agreement with the best possible cost service guarantee, timely delivery and quality commitments
  • Building relationships and partnerships with trustworthy vendors and suppliers
  • Coordinating product information and prototype samples requests with vendors / suppliers
  • Anticipating and driving issue resolution and communicating up as necessary
  • Conducting quality control audits where necessary
  • Supporting the inventory planning and forecasting process to ensure continued availability of existing and future supplies

The ideal candidate should have: 

  • Experience in purchasing / sourcing
  • Knowledge of textiles / fabrics and apparel manufacturing process
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to champion our needs and build relationships with external stakeholders
  • Project management skills with an attention to detail
  • Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
