Job Description

You will be part of the Human Resource Service Team providing high quality services to both management and employees.


As the successful candidate, you will:

Learning & Development (70-80%)

  • Support the administration of the full spectrum of training & development function for our business units including training implementation, training evaluation, grants and funding, training bonds, training reports and course payments, etc
  • Provide operational support in Learning Needs Analysis (LNA), training plan formulation and other talent development initiatives
  • Administer the Corporate Sponsorship Scheme
  • Work closely with business units by providing advice and guidance on various learning processes and programs
  • Ensure that training grants available under the various funding schemes are utilised
  • Upgrade and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure all training records are properly updated and maintained
  • Provide support in other HR-driven projects and continuous improvement initiatives.


Employee Relations (20-30%)

  • Support the administration of employee involvement and recognition programs such as Long Service Awards, Employee Surveys, Staff Conferences etc.
  • Support the administration and follow-up on Statutory Health Screening.
  • Administer statutory benefits claims and reimbursements.


You are likely to be:

  • Degree qualified preferably in HR with at least 3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Familiarity with local employment regulations and hands-on experience in SAP HR and Learning Management System (LMS) would be advantageous
  • Excellent planning and coordinating skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; team player
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential
  • A mature team player with independent thinking, possess high level of energy, initiative and patience as well as the drive for continuous improvement
