Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resource Intern to support our HR operations. If you are looking to gain experience in HR, and able to commit for at least 4 – 6 months, we want YOU! You will be exposed to HR operational activities in the HR Shared Services environment and involved in the delivery of HR initiatives and programs rolled out as part of improving our employee experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the administration of the Learning & Development program,
  • Assist in administration and coordination of recruitment activities, including candidate interviews,
  • Assist with Internship Programme and liaise with the relevant educational institutions for suitable interns,
  • Support Employee Engagement & Communication Programs, including Lunch’N’Learn and Newsletter,
  • Support HR Operations, Digitalisation & Projects Deliverables,
  • Assist with data consolidation and analysis for management reporting,
  • Assist with staff claims processing and issuance of letters,
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proactive, responsible, and committed individuals with a can-do attitude
  • Able to work effectively with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Prior HR work experience/knowledge would be an advantage
  • Possess strong communication and writing skills
  • Good team player and have a pleasant personality
  • Able to work within tight deadlines and resourceful
