Job Description
Finance Executive (Full-time)
As the Finance Executive, you will be reporting to the Finance Director and responsible for supporting us on the following tasks:-
- Supports the daily financial management functions which includes AP & AR, monthly reconciliation, budgeting & forecasting, GST submission.
- Updating bank statements and bank reconciliation into system
- Passing journal entries as required for depreciation, accruals, prepayments.
- Handling AR and AP processes, including the bookings of expenses and client invoicing.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial management reports.
- Assist in co-ordinating with auditors, tax agents and other authorities as and when required.
- Supports office admin functions including processing payroll, CPF submission and admin matters.
