An interactive 3D museum, Trick Eye Museum opened its door in 2010 at the heart of Hongdae in Seoul, South Korea. The museum’s name Trickeye comes from a shortened form of the term ‘Trick of the eye’ referring to the art technique Trompe-l’oeil and features exhibits that can be modified and completed through visitor’s participation.
Together with the growth and expansion of Trick Eye Museum, we are looking for highly motivated and skilled talent to join our team in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily operations of Trickeye Museum
.- Provide excellent services and assistance to guests.
- Listening to customer complaints or concerns and working to resolve their issues.
- Handle cash float for daily sales
- Ensure museum is properly maintained.
- Provide regular training to part time crew to ensure standards are maintained.
- Liaison with vendors (e.g. electrical works, air con maintenance, ticket supply).
- Attend to school and corporate enquiries, facilitate entire process from site recces to date of visit.
- Provide guided tours and team-building activities for school & corporate groups.
- Maintain healthy level of stock for inventory.
- Support sales department with domestic and overseas roadshows.
- General management support and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Passion in service and tourism industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Able to work independently; Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays
