Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW 

The Intern, Human Resources, will be reporting to Director, Human Resources. The candidate will be supporting the HR department and will have the opportunity to gain exposure to various HR projects in building frameworks which will be essential to the growth of the company.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support in the screening of resumes and tracking of applicants & recruitment status updates
  • Assist with the review of current HR process and procedures to ensure relevance to standard market practice
  • Assist with ongoing training initiatives, including collation of content from various departments and fitting them into the existing framework and format
  • Assist with the development of multiple toolkits in line with the HR strategy
  • Provide administrative support for the department
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by the management

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

 Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or any other business-related courses

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Good knowledge on human resource management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong data management and computer skills

Personal qualities & attributes:

  • Fast learner and able to understand concepts quickly to translate into tangible toolkits
  • Effectively bilingual
  • Positive working attitude and willing to learn
  • Resilient in fast-paced working environments
  • Good time management & multi-tasking skills
